These are the house rules for shopping with us. Order from us, we prepare your seafood with care and deliver it as promised. Pay for what you order, give us accurate delivery details, and we will always treat you fairly.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Finding Naeemo's (Pty) Ltd, trading as Naeemo's Premium Seafood, of 48 2nd Avenue, Retreat, Cape Town, 7945.
2. Using our website
By browsing, registering an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
3. Orders
Every order you place is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order by email or WhatsApp. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, where the delivery address falls outside our service area, or where we suspect fraud.
4. Pricing
All prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Seafood is a fresh commodity and prices may change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
5. Weights and yields
Fresh seafood is sold by approximate weight. Small variances in size and weight are natural. Where a product is cleaned, filleted or portioned on request, the finished weight will be lower than the landed weight.
6. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password confidential.
7. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Subject to that Act, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
