In Plain English
The sea decides what we sell. Some days the boats come back full, some days they do not. When something you ordered is not available, we will call you before we substitute anything.
1. Daily catch
Today's Catch reflects what has actually landed. Availability changes through the day and listings are updated as stock moves.
2. Seasonality
Many species are seasonal or subject to fishing quotas and closed seasons. Seasonal availability is indicated on each product page.
3. Substitutions
Where an item is unavailable after you have ordered, we will contact you and offer a substitution of equal or greater value, a credit, or a refund.
4. Pre-orders
Pre-order items are confirmed once landed. If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, it is refunded in full.
5. Pricing
Market prices on fresh species move with supply. The price shown at the time you check out is the price you pay.
