You can pay by card, instant EFT or bank transfer. Your order is prepared once payment is confirmed, and your card details never touch our servers.
1. Accepted payment methods
We accept manual EFT (bank transfer) and, where enabled, card and instant EFT through our payment partners. Approved corporate accounts may pay on invoice.
2. When payment is due
Payment is due in full at checkout unless you hold an approved corporate credit account.
3. Proof of payment
For manual EFT, upload your proof of payment at checkout or email it to orders@naeemos.co.za using your order number as reference. Preparation begins once funds reflect.
4. Security
Card payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers. Naeemo's does not see or store your full card details.
5. Failed payments
Orders that remain unpaid past the reservation window are released and stock returned to sale.
6. Invoices
A VAT invoice is issued with every completed order and is available in your account.
