1. Scope
These terms apply to business customers buying for resale, hospitality, staff gifting or events.
2. Quotations
Quotes are valid for 7 days and reflect market prices on the date of issue.
3. Credit accounts
Credit is granted at our discretion following a credit application. Standard terms are 30 days from statement. Overdue accounts may attract interest at the prescribed rate.
4. Minimum orders and lead times
Wholesale orders require a minimum value and 48 hours' notice. Large event and gifting orders require 7 days' notice.
5. Quality claims
Claims must be raised within 4 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
6. Compliance
We supply full traceability documentation and permit numbers on request.
