South African law says you may ask a business for the records it holds. This manual explains exactly what we hold, how to ask for it, and who to speak to.

This manual is published in terms of section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).

4. How to request a record
Complete the prescribed PAIA request form and send it to the Information Officer. We will respond within 30 days.
5. Fees
The prescribed PAIA fees apply. A fee estimate is provided before a request is processed.
6. Remedies
If a request is refused you may complain to the Information Regulator or apply to court.
