When we run a special or a giveaway, the rules are simple and stated up front. One promotion at a time, valid while stocks last, and winners are always contacted directly.
1. General
Each promotion or competition is subject to these rules together with any specific terms published with it. Where they conflict, the specific terms apply.
2. Eligibility
Entrants must be 18 years or older and resident in South Africa. Directors, employees and their immediate families may not enter.
3. Promotional codes
- One code per order unless stated otherwise.
- Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
- Codes are valid while stocks last and until the published expiry date.
4. Prizes
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Winners are notified by email, phone or WhatsApp within 7 days of the draw.
5. Compliance
All promotional competitions are run in accordance with section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act.
