Subscriptions are meant to be easy. Pick your frequency, skip a delivery when life gets busy, pause when you travel and cancel at any time. No lock-in, no penalties.
1. How subscriptions work
You choose a plan and a delivery frequency: weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Each cycle we prepare a fresh selection and deliver it on your chosen day.
2. Changes, skips and pauses
You may skip, pause or change your delivery day from your account up to 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
3. Billing
Each delivery is charged separately before dispatch. Prices may be adjusted with at least 30 days' notice.
4. Cancellation
Cancel any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect from the next unbilled cycle.
5. Substitutions
Where a species is unavailable, we substitute an equal or higher value alternative and tell you before dispatch.
6. Missed deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available, the value of that delivery is not refundable as the goods are perishable.
