Your information belongs to you. We only use it to process your orders, improve your experience and talk to you when you have asked us to. We never sell your details to anyone.

We collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and order history. We also collect basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit.
2. Why we collect it
- To process, prepare and deliver your order.
- To keep you updated on the progress of your order.
- To handle refunds, returns and queries.
- To send you marketing only where you have opted in.
3. Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with our delivery team, payment providers and email or WhatsApp messaging providers. We never sell your personal information.
4. How long we keep it
Order records are retained for seven years as required by South African tax law. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.
5. Your rights
You may ask us at any time to show you the information we hold, correct it, or delete it where we are not required by law to keep it.
6. Security
Your data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. Payment card details are never stored on our servers.
