Everything we handle is seafood. If you or your guests have a shellfish or fish allergy, please tell us at checkout and read this notice carefully.
1. Allergens present on site
Our facility handles fish, crustaceans (prawns, crayfish, crab), molluscs (mussels, calamari, oysters) and products that may contain gluten, soya, sesame, milk and egg in marinades, crumbs and sauces.
2. Cross-contamination
Because all of these are prepared in one facility, we cannot guarantee that any product is entirely free from traces of another allergen.
3. Telling us about an allergy
Use the allergen notes field at checkout. We will flag your order, but we cannot accept liability where a guaranteed allergen-free product is required.
4. Prepared products
Ingredient lists for marinated, crumbed and ready-to-cook lines are shown on each product page and on the pack.
5. Severe allergies
If you have a severe or anaphylactic seafood allergy, we recommend that you do not consume our products.
