A Naeemo's gift card is a lovely thing to receive. It is valid for three years, can be used across the whole store, and never carries a hidden fee.
1. Validity
Gift cards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue, as required by the Consumer Protection Act.
2. Using a gift card
Enter the gift card code at checkout. The value is deducted from your order total. Where the order exceeds the gift card value, pay the balance by any accepted method.
3. Balances
Unused balances remain on the card until expiry. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Lost cards
Treat a gift card like cash. We can only replace a lost digital card where the original recipient email can be verified.
5. Fees
No activation, dormancy or redemption fees are ever charged.
